All of the heralds are 100% dependent on their sheer cosmic power.
He always pulls through and adapts, and becomes even more powerful not just in terms of the AP, but in terms of his crazy martial arts. His unique skill is the reason he survived long enough to become this powerful in the first place. Probably the most important issue - Garou doesn't just copy your powers, he grows, and adapts, and improves his fighting style, endlessly. None of them can be consistently scaled up to his speed tier.ģ. And we're talking about actual reflexes and combat speed, not just flying through empty space. In the Cosmic Fear Mode, and after copying Saitama several times, his speed is basically incalculable, or at least MFTL+ if you wanna argue that. Many times FTL even pre-Sage Centipede, at least MFTL as of his winged form. Meanwhile, Garou's mobility is absolutely insane. When it comes to reflexes, he's fighting on equal grounds will all other Marvel slowpokes every day of the week. Even SS, who's basically go-to Marvel speedster, is only known for his overwhelming travel speed. Though some Heralds scale up there to rival Garou in AP, none of them scales even remotely close to Garou in terms of combat speed. And we did clearly say that even if the powers aren't strictly "natural" like Gamma Ray Burst, but are simply cosmic power-based superpowers, like Blast's hyperspace gates, that are obviously not a natural phenomenon, Garou can still copy and paste them instantly and incorporate it into his style. Power of heralds isn't magic, but cosmic power - something Garou is basically omniscient about and has the ways to MANIPULATE all of those powers. There are at least 3 major reasons to think that:ġ. Most heralds are fodder to Garou, but some have enough feats to hold up to his tier, especially SS who's been around for quite some time and amassed crazy amount of cosmic feats and scalings.
